The Artwork of Andres San Millan

This is the gallery of Andres San Millan's artwork. Andres is an accomplished artist presenting showings of his work from time to time at Cocoon. He has many murals in public places throughout the Hudson Valley and is an in-demand decorative artist beautifying many homes in Dutchess, Columbia & Ulster counties.

In the works are mounting a rotating exhibit of pieces of art available for sale in the Cocoon lobby, with all proceeds going to Cocoon. Other local artists may mount as donation to Cocoon a piece of their work Isaiah's Vision. Self portrait indeep red. Composition with fruit and cream.  

Andres also paints portraits for commission. He is the "creative cornerstone" to Cocoon's projects, working as set, costume & lighting designer. Andres also has several large wood sculptures to his credit; he works extensiveley in papier mache, plaster and puppetmaking.

Andres' works have been displayed in windows in Rhinebeck and shown in Woodstock. He teaches art at Cocoon on a periodic basis where his studio is housed. He works from both nude models as well as outdoor landscape paintings.

In 2007, Andres held a solo show, "Rediscovering the Figure - Art Show," show at WAAM (Woodstock Artists Association and Museum), 28 Tinker St., Woodstock, NY. Andres presented large oil figure paintings, and the show ran September 8 through October 7.
