Purchasing Tickets

Credit cards are not accepted at this time. Please pay by cash or check. Please call the office first if you wish to mail in checks with your ticket order.

Ticket Booth

You may purchase tickets in person for any production at our new ticket booth (located in front of the building at street level) two hours prior to showtime for any production.

Tickets purchased are for a specific performance on a specific day and are non-refundable.

Prior ticket purchase secures you a seat and since the seating is limited, this is a perfect way to make sure you don’t miss that exciting production!

Phone or E-mail

Reservations for any performance can be made by calling the Cocoon Theatre (876-6470) or by E-mailing us at marguerite@cocoontheatre.org. An answering machine will always be available to take your reservation should the office be closed.

Clearly leave your name, telephone number, performance title, the date you would like to attend and the number of seats desired. Should seating not be available you will receive a call within the same day of your reservation.

A reservation holds your seat in your name until 10 minutes prior to showtime.

You may purchase reserved tickets at the ticket booth beginning two hours prior to and up until showtime for any production. If your plans change and you are unable to keep your reservation, we ask that you please call the office to release your seats to those who may be on a waiting list.

If you have not arrived for your reservation by 10 minutes prior to a show, your seats will be released to the general public.

The lobby opens one hour prior to showtime. House opens 30 minutes prior to showtime (except for dance productions where House opens 15 minutes prior to showtime), where audience members may then take their seats.

Seating is general on a first-come basis.

All performances offer light concession (before, during intermission and after a production).

In The Performance Space

  • Audience members will be asked to remove their shoes (you may wish to bring warm socks or slippers).
  • No activated cell phones or beepers.
  • No food or drink.
  • No recording devices or photography.
  • No smoking is allowed in the building.

WE HOPE YOU ENJOY THE SHOW!
